Good for Amsterdam parking

Needed 'parkeren Amsterdam Centrum'. App was easy. Spot was reserved. No issues with entry or exit. Price was fair.

Worked great in London

I used ParkBee for 'parkeren Londen' last month when I visited for a concert. Found a spot easily through the app, which was super convenient. The garage was a bit tight for my car but I managed. It definitely saved me some money compared to other options. Pretty happy with it overall, would use them again when I go back.

Fantastic for stadium parking!

Wow, I used ParkBee for 'parkeren bij stadions' when I went to see the game in Berlin and it was absolutely brilliant! I booked a spot weeks ahead through the app, and when we arrived, access to the 'parkeergarage' was seamless. No fuss, no circling for ages looking for a space, just straight in. It made the whole game day experience so much better not having to stress about parking. I'm definitely going to use them again for future events and have already told my friends about it!

How's ParkBee compare to EasyPark? I've mostly used EasyPark but looking for alternatives for my next trip to Utrecht.

G Greg W. 2 months ago
ParkBee's usually better for garages, especially if you want to reserve a spot beforehand. EasyPark is more for street parking, I think.

I've used both. ParkBee shines when you need a guaranteed spot in a garage, especially in city centers. EasyPark is more about paying for street parking quickly. Depends on what you need, but ParkBee often has better rates for garages.

So, what if my car is a bit on the bigger side, like an SUV? Will it fit into most ParkBee garages or should I be careful which ones I pick?

I Ivy M. 2 months ago
Most garages are fine, but some older ones can be a squeeze. Best to check the garage details in the app beforehand.

I drive a decent-sized SUV and haven't had major issues, but I always check the specific garage info in the app. They usually list height restrictions if there are any. Better safe than sorry!

Hey, thinking about using ParkBee for a trip to Amsterdam next month. Anyone know if they usually have any promo codes for first-time users or something like that?

D Dan E. 1 month ago
Yeah, I definitely got a discount on my first booking. I think it was like 5 euros off, pretty sweet.

They usually do! Check their website or sign up for the newsletter, that's how I got mine. Sometimes it's a percentage off too.

Are there any current student discounts for ParkBee? Or is it mostly just general new user stuff?

M Mia 1 month ago
I think I saw something about student deals around exam time, but not sure if it's ongoing.

They do pop up sometimes! I'd say keep an eye on their social media or sign up for their newsletter. Sometimes specific universities have partnerships, so maybe check your student portal too, if your school is in one of their active cities.

What happens if I end up staying longer than my reservation? Does it just charge me extra or is it a whole big hassle?

J June 2 months ago
It just charges you for the extra time, no drama. I've done it a few times.

Nah, it's pretty seamless. The system just tracks your actual exit time and adjusts the charge. You'll just pay for the additional time at the standard rate, which they tell you in the app.
